Really impressed with these people. Sold some gold and got paid more than expected because the store manager took the piece as jewelry rather than scrap metal. I thought that was very fair play. Professional shop all around.

I worked closely with Jonathan at Passion Diamonds. The service was absolutely incredible and the end result was better than I had anticipated. Jonathan was patient, knowledgeable, and my experience working with him was a perfect balance of being able to be creative yet having expert guidance. These guys are awesome! I drove 600 miles to see the biggest pawn shop in the world. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived only to find their doors closed. I did have to drive a few more miles because they moved, but they gave me the royal treatment. They pulled out the good stuff (high end watches) and gave me a great deal in some electronics (laptops). Thanks guys! It was awesome!

I had an issue with this location the other day. But Shawn the owner fixed the issue immediately earlier today and gave me the best customer service experience which he was very courteous which made me so very happy today. The owner of this location is so amazing. I've been coming here for over 25 years. If you have an issue, Shawn will rectify it right away. Also their employee Jeff is amazing to deal with with outstanding customer service and he's always so very courteous with Customers. If you come to this location you'll be amazed with how great their customer service is and they have great products to pick from and also always give you great deal to buy your products from you. Their Pawn system is great as well.Shawn and Jeff you guys are the best. Thank you so much.

I just got engaged but sadly my ring was a bit too small. I was looking around for places with a quick turn around, and was thrilled when I found MT and discovered they can do same-day resizing (for a reasonable fee). I brought my ring in immediately, they got my correct size, and provided me with a very fair quote. My ring was ready 3 hours later and it's perfect! Can't even tell anything was done to it, and it was polished up beautifully. Will definitely be back for any other jewelry needs I have and will definitely recommend.
